Refund Policy

Broken Earrings:
1.) we can send a REMADE single or full pair depending on damage 
2.) we can refund your order minus shipping 

LOST Earrings:
Once package has hit USPS, we can do nothing to retrieve your box unless it is mailed back to our PO BOX.
if you would like a remake, it can be discussed on a case by case basis.
